Collaboration, connection, creativity and using coaching as a tool for positive change. Walking in the forests or on the beaches, going for the odd wee dook and plenty cuddling of cats (someone on this board has got to represent the superior species).

The many activities of a contemporary renaissance person. I run a small creative business as a surface pattern designer, I have a private coaching practice (Ellipsis Coaching) and also work with a coaching collective (The Positive Change Agents) and have a leadership background in arts education.
