Collaboration, connection, creativity and using coaching as a tool for positive change. Walking in the forests or on the beaches, going for the odd wee dook and plenty cuddling of cats (someone on this board has got to represent the superior species).

The many activities of a contemporary renaissance person. I run a small creative business as a surface pattern designer, I have a private coaching practice (Ellipsis Coaching) and also work with a coaching collective (The Positive Change Agents) and have a leadership background in arts education.

Spending time outside, noticing nature, especially birds. Drawing in her sketchbook. Braving the cold and swimming in the North Sea (in summer!). Rewatching old films that she loves. Getting on the yoga mat.

A little bit of everything! Selling artwork and illustrations under the moniker ricepaper, teaching yoga and providing senior team admin support to arts organisations and charities.
